Library Checkouts

All library books will be due back to the IJMS Library by May 27, 2021.

The IJMS Library is now offering contactless book checkout.

How will it work?

• Students can use their district provided laptops to access Destiny, our library catalog, to find and place books on hold. The link can be accessed through Clever.
• Students and parents will then be notified via email when the book is ready for pick-up.
• Pick-up will be available on school days between 12:30 and 3:30 p.m.
• Use the buzzer next to the main entrance to be let into the vestibule; ready books will be on a cart and labeled with student names.
• There will also be a return box in the vestibule for when students are finished with the books.
• Books will be available for pick-up for two weeks, after which they will become available to other students again.
• Books are checked out to students for two weeks but may be renewed by emailing Mrs. Murray.
• As always, there will be no late fees, but students will be responsible for lost/damaged books.
