Middle schools to host theater productions in March, April

Plainfield – Six District 202 middle schools will stage musicals/plays in March and April.

Heritage Grove Middle School will present “Into the Woods, Jr.,” at 7 p.m., Friday, March 10, and 3 and 7 p.m., Saturday, March 11, and 2 p.m., Sunday, March 12, 2023.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at https://irajonesdrama.ludus.com/index.php.

Heritage Grove is located at 12425 S. Van Dyke Road.

Drauden Point Middle School will present Roald Dahl’s “Willy Wonka, Jr.,” at 6 p.m., Friday, March 10, and 2 and 7 p.m., on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Tickets are $5 at the door.

Drauden Point is located at 1911 Drauden Road.

Indian Trail Middle School will present Disney’s “High School Musical, Jr.,” at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 16 and Friday March 17, and 2 and 7 p.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Tickets are $5 and available at the door.

Indian Trail is located at 14723 S. Eastern Ave.

Aux Sable Middle School will present the comedic mystery, “Murder at Aunt Agatha’s,” at 7 p.m., Thursday, March 23, Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Tickets are $3 at the door.

Aux Sable is located at 2001 Wildspring Parkway, Joliet.

Timber Ridge Middle School will present “Frozen,” at 7 p.m., Friday, March 24 and 2 and 7 p.m., Saturday, March 25, 2023.

Tickets are $3 for students and senior citizens and $5 for adults and can be bought at the main office or at the door.

Timber Ridge is located at 2101 Bronk Road.

John F. Kennedy Middle School will present Roald Dahl’s “Willy Wonka, Jr.,” at 2 and 6:30 p.m., Saturday, April 15, 2023.

Suggested donation of $5 per ticket at the door.

John F. Kennedy is located at 12350 S. Essington Road.

Ira Jones Middle School staged its production last fall.
